• The Applicant Market offers companies the opportunity to view a multitude of profiles and to directly speak with interesting applicants. Small and medium sized companies especially receive the chance to enthuse potential candidates for their company. The Applicant Market is seen as a supplement to the acquisition measures and shows a good overview of the candidate pool. The cooperative companies create a permanent search filter and can be regularly informed by email about suitable applicants. Because the applicant profiles are deleted after 150 days, this guarantees that the Applicant Market has a current pool of prospective students.
